Every order gets a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as it ships. You can also check the status any time using Order Lookup in the top menu — you just need your order number or the email you ordered with.

The wireless systems come with a 60-day risk-free trial and a 2-year warranty. If a system is not right for you, return it within 60 days for a full refund — no restocking fees. Our full terms are in the refund policy.
