Where is my order?
Every order gets a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as it ships. You can also check the status any time using Order Lookup in the top menu — you just need your order number or the email you ordered with.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free and insured on every order, worldwide. Full details are on our Shipping page.
Can I return something?
The wireless systems come with a 60-day risk-free trial and a 2-year warranty. If a system is not right for you, return it within 60 days for a full refund — no restocking fees. Our full terms are in the refund policy.
Which wireless system do I need?
The WS-4 and WS-5 are for guitar and bass; the WS-X makes an XLR microphone wireless. There is a side-by-side breakdown on the Wireless Systems page. Still unsure? Email us what you play and we will point you at the right one.
