Built for Rooms That Eat Wireless
Every gigging musician has the story. The venue where three other bands run wireless. The bar with a router behind the stage. The festival where the RF space is a traffic jam. Mid-chorus, a 2.4GHz system hiccups, and for one long second you are the only person in the room making no sound.
The WS-5 transmits at 5.8GHz, above the band where WiFi, Bluetooth, and most budget wireless systems fight for space. Less traffic means fewer collisions, which means your signal holds in exactly the rooms that kill other systems. Add roughly 6ms of latency and 48kHz/16-bit uncompressed audio, and it plays like the cable you left at home.
The WS-4 made wireless sound like wired. The WS-5 makes it hold up in the worst room you will ever play.
